Shipping Policy

Please be advised domestic orders are shipped with USPS priority mail with signature confirmation.
International orders are shipped with the Globalpost Standard program, which provides door-to-door tracking - - the package is first sent to a domestic regional shipping center to clear the US Customs under a domestic tracking number, and then the package is assigned a new tracking number en route to the destination country.

You can track your package with the international tracking number at https://www.goglobalpost.com/track/ It takes from 7-20 business days to process and ship out orders, and maybe longer during the Covid-19 pandemic.
By placing an order, the customers have agreed to all the terms and conditions of the online sales, including but not limited to shipping and refund policies. The customers cannot modify or cancel the order(s) in any way after 24 business hours of order placement.
Please note that we cannot collect signatures with Globalpost Standard shipping nor guarantee a delivery date. A tracking record showing delivery to a customer’s shipping address constitutes sufficient proof of delivery. No compensation based on claims of non-receipt or loss of package can be offered in presence of such proof of delivery. Should a customer require a signature upon receiving her order(s), and/or delivery of her order(s) by a certain deadline, please contact our dedicated customer service team at [email protected] to upgrade your shipping method.
