How do i register for an account on infrow.com?
You can create a free account and start selling your products at once by filling the registration form here
Once you complete your registration you are ready to create your
first listing. Please keep in mind to fill correct your information cause at checkout infrow uses USPS validation methods and if there is any issue with your ZIP code etc then your orders or shipping
labels for your orders will not be processed correctly .
All action does not take more than 1 minute and directly after that you have access to the vendor backend and unlock ton of features!
I have my first sale and i am ready to ship the item, what should i do now?
You have your first sell on infrow.com, that is great! When a customer place an order for your product then a shipping label will be automatically be created for this order. Once you are ready to ship the item then from your control panel you'll have to print this label and attach it to the shipping package and that's all! Once the shipping confirmed that has been delivered to destination then the founds of the sale will be available on your account. Your order will be automatically market as "Delivered".


I have printed the USPS label and shipped the item to the buyer , what is the next step?
Once you have shipped the item requested from the buyer our system will period check for USPS status. Once the item arrived at the buyer's location then the order will be marked as "Delivered". At this point you are ready to release your funds. You can do this from your account dropdown panel "Shipment Reports" and then click on the "REQUEST FUNDS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT" button.
I have an order but i do not see the shipping label options to print in the backend. What does the status of order "Pending" mean?
Every time there is a new order for one of your items the status of this order should be marked as "Labels Printed" so you can print easily the USPS shipping label. In this case it means that there was a problem with the seller's shipping adress and USPS automation could not print a shipping label once the order was placed due to wrong ZIP code or something else with the customer's shipping adress. You should drop us an email to study this case among with the customer and update your order with the correct shipping label so you can deliver the package!
I am a seller and i need to cancel an order. How do i do this?
If for any reason you need to cancel your order you can do this from your account by following those steps:

Once you have cancelled your order correctly then the item get backs in stock and the order can be placed again. Customer will get notification that his order is cancelled

How to i connect my bank account?
In order to move the funds to your bank account you will have to fill the payments form. Once your account is connected and confirmed then you are ready to start making money. Even if you are a verified seller (your orders are shipped and delivered) and for some reason you want to connect a bank account later then the funds will always be available in your wallet so you can later transfer them

How do i sell a product in infrow?
From your seller account you can create products with as many options as you like. Make it simple and straight to the point so will sell faster. Kindly follow those steps to sell a product in infrow

From your dropdown panel you click on Sell a product

This is the backend for creating a listing on infrow. Let's look at the important fields
- 1. Choose one or more categories that suit your product
- 2. Give a name for your Product
- 3. Choose one of the designers or if your Designer is not in our database then you can add your custom designer by clicking on 3b. "+"
- 4. The stock for your product. If you have a single item then you do not need to edit stock. In case you have a dress Size M in colors Red,Black but in Black you have 2 times then you will have to choose Custom Qty.
- 5. Give a starting price for this listing
- 6. Good idea to make a discount, give a special price
- 7. Basic information about this product. Condition and anything else that the customer should know.
- 8. Any extra notes about the product
- 9. Any information about the size of your item
- 10. From this option you will have to add the sizes,colors etc. Even if it is a single item it will need to have size and color. First you choose your size for this item and from the next option you will add the color.
- 11. If for some reason the size is not in the database then you can add your own size, then the size will be available in the dropdown to select
- 12. Select Photos for your listing. You can drag and drop or multiple select from your device.
- 13. Check that everything looks good and save the listing. You are ready to go, your listing is already live!

I am a customer and i want to buy an item from another seller
Once you register an account to infrow.com you have 2 roles, a buyer and a seller as well. In the case that you need to buy a product from another seller then you only have to add it in your cart and checkout. We accept most Credit Cards and the checkout is 100% safe by using Stripe.
I want to buy or sell items, what type of registration should i chooose?
There is one registration that will work for both roles in infrow through this page https://www.infrow.com/sell-with-us. So you should fill the form and then you are directly ready to start selling or even buy products. You can even checkout as a guest if you want though we would recommend to register an account to track order status and many mor features, it will only take 1 minute!
I have an offer for one of my products from another user, how to proceed?
The infrow offers system is simple and accurate. If you are a customer and you want to make an offer from the product then you can use the "Make offer" button and even add a note to the seller. From your account you have access to the offers that you submitted or for the offers other members submitted for your Products. There will be 3 options for any offer: Approve , Decline and Counter Offer. If you agree with the price of the offer then you can approve the offer and this case will be marked as complete, you will have to wait response from the customer. The customer will be informed of the offered price and the product with the new price has been added to his cart. If you are not happy with the offer then you can decline it and the other member cannot do any more actions with this offer. If you are a seller and you want to make a counter offer then you send your counter offer to the customer from the control panel. You will be notified if the customer Accept your counter offer or not. Other Customers have also the ability to counter offer so be reasonable with your price!

How to i Design my profile page?
From your account /Account Settings/Preferences you can visit the tab "Media" . From this section you can upload your avatar and a banner for your closet. Apart of that you can fill information about your profile , connect it with Google Analytics and many more features!


I need to check a summary of my orders, how do i do this?
From your account /My Shipments you have access to your sale records. Fill the corresponding fields by time and generate a report. If you care about the funds that you will have to be paid kindly set the order status to Delivered as a seller can get paid only if his products are Delivered to customer.
I need to know more about another member's product, is there any way?
From product page under the main image there i a form to send a comment to user. You can use mention system so that user (or anyone else you want to comment about this product) will get informed by email by start typing with "@" and select this user.

Can i save products so i can view them later?
From a product page you can click on the "Like" button then this product will be added to your account in the "Likes" section. You can anytime access your likes from the account dropdown menu by clicking "My Likes"

How does the Feed System works?
Feed system is currently in beta period. To start receiving notifications about other users activities you have to "Follow" another user. You do this by visiting his closet and clicking on the Follow Button. From your account you can delete users you follow or check who is following you and send them email notifications about your new products.

What is the total commission from my sale?
Once an order from your product is confirmed you will be notified with a packing slip to deliver this item. Infrow will take 20% commission of this item you have selled and only this, the shipping costs are paid by infrow and you do not need to do any extra action to deliver the page. The transactions are managed from infrow so at this point you did not gain or lose any funds. Once you print the shipping label that will be on this order , deliver the package and confirmed by USPS that arrived to the seller then you can claim your funds from this sale any time you want. You can get an idea of the total funds you will get from your "My Sales" control panel for this order or periodically for all orders by visiting "My Shipments".
Can i use my own shipping method?I would like once i have a sale to ship for example with Fedex
Infrow partnership with USPS so you do not need to do any extra work. Once an order is placed with an item of your closet then automatically a shipping label will be generated without cost from your wallet. You only need to print this label and attach it in the shipping package
Can i change my username, password, email etc?
You can change password from your account backend. Email and username cannot be changed once registration is complete
I would like to promote some of my products so they appear in the front page. How can i do this?
Homepage promotions are based on custom membership plans. Feel free to drop us an email to adjust your membership!

I have lot of products and i would like to edit their stock. Can i do it by multiple edit?
You can edit the stock of your procucts by clicking "Stock Manager in the dropdown menu of your profile picture. From this section you can edit multiple records at once
How can i edit a listing that i have already created?
From your account dropdown you can visit your closet by clicking on "My closet". Then you visit a product and on this procuct there will be an option "Edit Listing". You can change anything you need and relist it again
Is there my own profile page and how can i reach this page?
Once you register for an account in infrow an url will automatically be generated for your store and this cannot be changed. You can access your store from the dropdown menu "My Closet" and from this page you can also edit your profile

I am a customer and i have placed an order, how can i view it's status?
You can always check your order status from your account control panel by clicking on "My purchases". In case you are interest to check when this order will be delivered to you you can access this link https://www.infrow.com/shippingtracking to locate your order by typing the phone number or your email adress in the fields and you can view the USPS status
Is there any way i can combine products based on the look?
In some special products there is an option to get other ideas based on the look so you can combine more products together. If you see this button then you should use this feature.
