Return Policy


At Infrow, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase (with certain exclusions) within 7 days from receiving the order to request a return or exchange by sending an email to customer service at info@infrow.com. After receiving the return authorization, you have 3 business days to send your purchase back to us.

- The item must be in like new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like new" means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, salable and with all tickets and security tags attached.
- Infrow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- Clearance items and certain items on back order are not returnable, which are designated as Final Sale on the packing slip. You will also receive an email to confirm that you agree to final sale terms.
If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of dollar or percentage off promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned.
- We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
- Returns are only accepted back via mail.

How to Make a Return



BY MAIL

1. GET YOUR INVOICE READY


To start your return you will need to find your order number from order confirmation email. You need to send an email to customer service to request return authorization for your order. We provide return shipping labels for domestic orders but we are unable to provide return labels for international orders. Please note both outbound and return postage are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee or $15.99 (whichever is more) will be deducted from your refund.


2. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your printed invoice or fill in the return authorization form.
- Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

3. SHIP IT

You have up to 3 business days to ship back the return(s). Return label will be voided after 3 business days if it has not been used.

4. REFUNDS

Please allow 10-14 business days for the processing of your return by mail. Refunds in the form of original payment can take up to one week to be credited back to your account.
