Calisto

Calisto's Shop and Rooms has been at the heart of the picturesque village of Chipping, Lancashire, after it first opened as a cloth maker in 1668. During three centuries of business it has been a bakers, undertakers, post office, a butchers and a general store. Current owners Sharon, 59, and Roy Pinkett, 58, have been forced to put it on the market due to Mrs Pinkett's ill health, but have had no takers since listing it in September.
